So I had this dream where me and my friends were at the high school tour again but it was different. (Mind you I’m in 8th and we had a high school your last week so I’m not in highschool yet) One of the rooms was about animation in highschool, it was like a tiny living room theatre where they displayed animations made by students. In the dream there was a couch Lilli and Pey sat next to me. There was someone else but I forgot who they were exactly. And I felt tired in the dream and I fell asleep on the couch hearing the noise from the tv, it felt so realistically. Apparently it took 45 minutes to cover some animations and I woke up, but there wasn’t anyone next to me, magically there was an extra space under the couch where the ppl who were sitting next to me moved. I was confused but to tired to really care. After all the animation stuff was done we all somehow got into a deep talk, until it reach a certain subject. The second coming, apparently in the dream Pey was saying how the second coming would happen in the summer like this June, and was talking about people destroying 3 crufixes. In the dream my hands started stimming and I was anxious and she asked me if I was alright. I tried to play it off until I ultimately confessed that I was scared if the second coming, and I’ve been fearing it and that everytime there’s thunder I automatically switch into a religious view. The thing is, i can’t tell if I semi lucid dream or if I always lucid dream, I can’t tell the difference, but for some reason I confessed something I feared like I was actually doing it.
Interpreting dreams can be quite fascinating as they often reflect our subconscious thoughts and feelings. Here is a detailed interpretation of your dream:
Revisiting High School Setting: The fact that you dreamt about a high school tour, especially after recently experiencing one, suggests that you are processing the transition from middle to high school. This transition could represent a journey into a new and unknown phase in your life, which might be causing a mix of excitement and anxiety.
Animation Room: The room dedicated to animation might reflect your creativity and the immense potential you're aware of within a high school environment. It could symbolize new experiences and opportunities for self-expression and exploration. Watching animations made by students implies a sense of inspiration or encouragement to pursue creative endeavors.
Friends and Company: Sitting with your friends, Lilli and Pey, suggests a need for familiarity and comfort as you enter new situations. Friendships are often reassuring, and their presence indicates your desire not to face new challenges alone.
Falling Asleep in the Dream: Feeling tired and falling asleep in your dream may represent feelings of exhaustion or being overwhelmed by the impending change. Sleeping next to friends could signify a desire to rely on others during times of emotional or mental fatigue.
Disappearing Friends: Waking up alone and finding your friends under the couch may symbolize feelings of isolation or confusion when dealing with new challenges, even when support seems nearby. This part of the dream could reflect a fear of losing connections as you move into new life stages.
Deep Talk and Anxieties: Engaging in a deep conversation about profound topics like the "second coming" might symbolize underlying fears or existential questions you are dealing with. The discussion could relate to a fear of the unknown or dramatic changes, much like entering high school.
Expression of Fear: Confessing your fears in the dream might be your subconscious urging you to confront and articulate these anxieties in real life. The fear of the second coming and associating thunder with religious views suggests a struggle with big, uncontrollable concepts.
Lucid or Semi-Lucid Dream?: Your uncertainty about whether the dream was lucid or semi-lucid indicates a state of awareness in your dreams. Being able to confess your fears within the dream suggests it was a semi-lucid experience, allowing you to interact with your subconscious feelings.
In essence, your dream seems to be addressing the anticipation and anxiety that comes with significant life changes, such as entering high school. It underscores the importance of seeking comfort in familiar relationships, expressing fears, and embracing new opportunities for creative expression. It also highlights a need to confront existential thoughts and fears to grow and adapt effectively.
